Lace Wig Or Weave

Ladies who wear wig or weave all want to achieve an invisible hairline whatever the style. Lace wig has become the choice of celebrities. Stars like Beyonce and Tyra Banks are great lovers of lace wig. It  is also the choice of actors and actresses in creating their  different characters. It is common knowledge that black women put in extra effort to get that fabulous hairstyle. The question is: Lace wig or Weave?

Lace wig is designed to be the closest to your natural hair, undetectable because they are designed with a gauze like lace material which blends into ones skin to give a natural appearance. Some of them can  be attached using tape or glue but some can  be worn without the application of glue. These are known as glue less lace front wig. It also comes in synthetic hair or human hair.

The weave however is the choice of some ladies because they argue that it promotes natural hair and save money. But, watch your hairline ladies. How natural is it? This problem can be solved however using a lace closure which ensures invisible hairline.

The lace wig guarantees full frontal closure while a weave may give you that only with a lace closure. Whatever your style be sure to chose the one that gives you the most natural look ever so that you can relax that people are watching you, not your hairstyle.

So Far So Good

Its been almost a year since I started my online business selling fabulous hair and beauty products. Its not been easy but I find that it gets easier as days go by. Traffic to my website has improved, thanks to Google Adwords. Not cheap but it works. So, I am glad that my fabulous products are getting noticed. I have had  few enquiries and made some sales. Great stuff.

My shop on Amazon Uk is doing so well and we do have great feedbcks from happy buyers. Its so rewarding and exciting knowing that all the hard work is slowly but surely paying off.  Sadly, I have had to close my Ebay shop because, I think, its a place best suited for second  hand products.  We do however sell brand new fabulous products. Customers were a bit difficult to deal with. Not enough support for sellers, I think.

We have also started accepting all major credit and debit cards through Sage Pay on our website. We still have Pay pall. Our fab customers now have the choice.

Really excited about our new look website and our fabulous products. Check it out at http://www.fab4hairnbeauty.com/. Fabulous.

Banks Aren't Helping

The small businesses are supposed to help out in these recession times. How are they supposed to pull their weight when the banks are not lending. Its indeed an uphill task trying to get some form of cash injection into ones business and when you do get an offer, the interest is sure to put one off.

I have been having problems with my laptop and needed to upgrade to Apple Mac Pro since my business is internet base. I needed a good quality laptop that makes it a lot easier. Tried purchasing a laptop at Apple online store via financing offered by Barclays bank, I was turned down despite having a very good credit history and all my accounts including business account being with Barclays. I  then tried getting a loan through Lloyds bank to finance the purchase, same sad story. Turned down despite having a good history with them. You can't win. They say banks give you an umbrella when its sunny and then takes it the minute it starts raining.

Well, on good note, traffic has picked up on my website and we are selling fairly well on Amazon UK. Hopefully, this is going to be a great year.

Xmas Sales

I have just returned from holidays. Had to delist my products for a short period because I was away. Tough being a sole trader sometimes. Hopefully, as times goes on, may be able to employ someone. For now its me, myself and I running my online business, http://www.fab4hairnbeauty.com/.
My products are selling fairly well on Amazon UK. They are indeed fabulous products plus black women have very limited options when it comes to beauty products over here. We are determined as a business to offer as much variety as we can.
Traffic on my website has also increased slightly. Thanks to free AdWords voucher from Google. I am hoping to advertise more as its the only guaranteed way of getting noticed. Its however very expensive.

Ready For Growth

Attended a very informative seminar today entitled "Ready for Growth" . The seminar was organised by Barclays Bank to encourage and educate small businesses about growing their business. I almost discouraged myself from attending because I felt it may not be right for me.  I was glad  I attended because I feel fired up. It was also free to attend for their customers.

The seminar offered a very good opportunity to network. Had a chat with a budding enterprenure who had just started her business like me. She had so much information to give. It was great bouncing off ideas and rubbing minds. Information indeed is power. I am rearing to go further with my business.

Was really fired up by the inspirational stories of businesses which started off small but have grown tremendously. I was particularly inspired by the talk given by the CEO of Ella's Kitchen, Paul Lindley. Amazing story of determination.
I am fired up to keep going despite challenges.
